TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In compliance to the Data Protection act 1988 Fragrance Delivered will not pass on any customer details to a third party unless you have given us permission to do so.
PRODUCTS
All products offered on our site are 100% genuine.
All images are for illustration purposes only and reference should be made to the product description for accurate product detail.
PRICING
All prices quoted on products are in £ Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate but exclude postage & packaging.
Special offer prices are valid for the duration of the offer and if the item is actually purchased at the offer price.
RRP refers to the manufacturers recommended price for the UK Market or may refer to prices being offered by other UK retailers
Promotional codes – only one promotional code may be redeemed against any one order.
GIFT MESSAGE CARDS
When ordering products you will have the option of a gift wrapping service which will also give you an option of requesting us to include a message card , you will be responsible for the wording and ensuring that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. We reserve the right not to print anything that is obscene, offensive, defamatory or in any other way inappropriate, or anything we feel may cause distress to the recipient.
DELIVERY
The postage and packaging charges quoted on our website are for UK mainland delivery only for deliveries outside of the UK please e mail for delivery charges
All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt – you can however request an alternative delivery address if you so require , we do however reserve the right on certain orders to deliver only to the billing address , in such cases we will notify the customer via e mail.
We will notify you via e mail upon dispatch of your order, for UK deliveries you should then normally receive within 2- 4 working days. We cannot however acknowledge the order as lost until after 14 working days, after which time we can offer a refund or to resend the goods.
For overseas deliveries please allow 28 working days.
You must notify us via email or in writing within 30 days of dispatch of any order not received as we can not accept any claims after this time.
Any orders that are returned to us by Royal Mail due to them being `not called for` we will refund the cost of the products on receipt, postage will not be refunded and we will advise the customer that the order has been cancelled.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
You as the customer have the right to return goods within 28 days of purchase, we will refund all returned products provided that they have not been used or damaged.
If you cancel your order after it has been dispatched we will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned goods for the product cost only , postage costs will only be refunded if the goods received were incorrect, damaged or faulty.
All returns must be received within 28 days of purchase and should be posted back by 1st class parcel post. Care should be taken to ensure that the goods are well packed to avoid damage during transit as items received damaged due to negligent packing may only receive a partial refund.
Any free gifts linked with an item purchased must also be returned.
COMPLAINTS
We will deal with any complaints as soon as possible and will acknowledge any complaints within 4 working days and endeavour to resolve within 28 days.
JURISDICTION
All transactions on Fragrance Delivered website are governed by English Law
LIABILITY
Fragrance Delivered cannot accept liability for any failure to deliver goods or delays in doing so that is caused by any circumstance beyond our control.
